After uninstalling all apple software and drivers etc from my vista x64 machine, and installing the newest 64bit iTunes, my computer still has a big habbit of freezing after connecting to the iphone via USB. It doesnt freeze right after, or even a certain amount of time after, just randomly anywhere from 10 seconds to 3 minutes after connecting.

I really want to fix this problem because at the moment I dont have an internet connection in the apartment and I want to use PdaNet (USB not WiFi). Im in the middle of making a new winterboard theme and having a connection on my desktop would help out a ton! I hope I placed this in the right section and I really appreciate any help!

Is the hard drive on your computer using a Raid 0 configuration in conjunction with the Intel Matrix Storage Manager software?
