    Default Question - what other software is needed?

    I saw the "How To" video on Gizmodo yesterday on how to install the AppInst icon; http://iphone.nullriver.com:16080/beta/.

    Did it and love having a few games on my phone now. I'll work on my wife's phone tonight and get her setup with it.

    Next question...I was told by a friend of mine that in order for me to now mod any icons or make a theme I'll need to still jailbrake the phone and then run a program called manzana.

    Or can I do it all via iphoneinterface and just explore my phone via Windows?

    I'm using Windows XP with the latest iTunes software 7.4.2 and the latest OS on the iPhone 1.0.2

    I would recommend iBrickr for editing icons and stuff..
