need help with installing apps on iphone

hey guys, thanks for making this awesome website to really help me enjoy this amazing machine.

i unfortunately still have a windows pc and haven't switched over to apple yet. when i'm trying to install all these cool apps on my iphone, the files are not compatible it looks like. can anyone please help ?

you should not have a problem transfering apps over on a pc. what is happening give me an example
