cannot finde devise id

hi friends i am trying to activate my new iphone i am folowing those 20 seteps i am going all right but i cannot finde iphone devese id. in my computer i am running vista premium everything is going right an now i am stuck with this

please help

i cannot finde the file that cantains the id it says file not founde all the 14 steps is done correctly

please help me

its ok my phone is now activated thanks to the person who did the great hard work for all that.
