My apps aren't working anymore

ok i was using manzana and i accidentally deleted my applications folder. i was trying to delete just one app not all of them. I Downloaded the stock files and they appear but i cant do anything else. i found a similar post about that this but the solution was using that Win program which i cant use? any help?

You may need to set permission on the apps you downloaded.

Or you could always restore,
that's probably the simplest way.
