how do i chmod my phone or set new permisiions?

how do i do this using windows..i have ibrickr squid i dont know how to change permisiions. if someone could please suggest how to do this i would appreciate it greatly.

also if u suggest using another application to do this could you please walk me through the steps as i am new at this and all this "lingo" is confusing to me.

you have all you need, squid will do permissions
just launch squid and then click on the file you want to change permissions to, it will bring up a window that you can check off the boxes of what permissions you want to give it.
