I'm also new to Iphone mods and would like to know the same...my iphone is jailbroken. Is there a "How To" forum or wiki to learn how to install apps and or themes?

DiskAid is not easier in any way for me. It takes forever to load every single directory and refreshes things way too much. I can never browse fast enough. It's aggravating.
In fact, it didn't load anything in a particular folder once, I copied it onto my desktop, restored the iPod, and it turns out I lost everything in the folder because it didn't load properly.
