renaming icon for what i want them to be for.

i downloaded the bleach theme which i love but some of the icons are for apps which i either a) don't have or b) never will use so i was hoping someone could tell me how to rename or recode the image file to work for, as an example the flixster icon in the theme for use with the ipod icon.
