Make iPhone show up in My Computer

How do I make my iPhone show up in My Computer so that I can view all of the files on it, and not just the photos?

You can't!! (thanks to Apple). That's the whole point for using 3rd party apps like WinSCP and DiskAid on windows computers. Not the best solution, but a good work-around.

Really? Because I remember finding a program in either cydia or installer that would allow the iPhone to show up normally when plugged into a mac. I can't seem to be able to find the program again though?

It's called netatalk. Open cydia and tap on "Copying Files to/from Device."
