I'm new here and I have some questions..I have the old iphone and I have cydia instaled and I want to know how to install on my phone the downloads from here... say like if I download a battery icon from here.. How I have to install on my phone? Pls help me thank you

1st go to cydia then find the 'open ssh' &install it.After go to ur pc,download the 'winscp'.Thats it.This is the similar way to do it:
