Need help ssh bsd!!!!

ok dont have many posts but have bin a member for a while. I cant find the BSD subsystem anywhere on my iphone? I need help finding it and installing it. Im tryin to drag and drop files to and from iphone, install roms for nes, move videos from cycorder...etc...

DOes any one know where i can find it?

Its not in cydia nor installer?
and when i add ************** to the list of resources to automatcly install new roms it doesnt work?? any help would be nice thanks..

oh im using a 3G iphone on 2.1 & windows and i tried WinSCP, Iphonebrowser, and Diskaid...
