iphone 3G jailbreak 2.1 WINSCP & Wifi

Hi.
when i open winSCP and my host name is 'IP from my iPhone', port is '22',
user is 'root', pass is 'alpine'. when I loging -> error: Network error Connection refuse. How i connect to iphone?
How share my iphone with windows machines trought Wifi, how can send mp3, pictures on my iphone?
When i connect via USB in explorer I see: Apple iPhone\Internal Storage\DCIM\100apple - there is photos witch i can copy to PC, delete, but i can't copy my photos to iphone?
or how use iphone like USB (stick) flash memory?
