Complete noob.

So, I'm very very new to all this and I need a little help. I have a jailbroken 1.1.3 iphone and I have installer and a few other apps, and I'm using vista. I'm trying to figure out how to put swap library on my phone, i downloaded the file from a different thread but I dont know how to get it from the computer to the phone. I know that for macs theres iNdependance, is there something I can use for vista that will let me do this?

use winscp you need bsdsubsystem and openssh installed on the phone from installer

Thanks! Is there anyway I can use this withour having to use wifi? I won't be home for a week and I dont have access to wifi here.

iphonebrowser will let you put the file on your phone but you need wifi or edge to change permissions of windows

if you have edge you can install squid from installer to change permmissions

I'm in the same boat. I've tried Squid, MobileFinder, iPhone PC Suite, and iBricker... none will let me change the permissions. Please help!
