hey... can anyone help me... how to copy all the music, video and pic from my iphone to my pc... * my pc got rebuild so lost everything

* is there any software that i could do this without cost any money?? plzz.. help... thx guys ^^

I use a free program called Senuti but I've a Mac.

Just done a google and there is a Windows version but it isn't free. You can however download a Demo version - I'm just not sure what limitations the demo version has.
