Default Question regarding winzip and extracting an iso file

Hello I just have a quick question regarding a file format not partaining to iphone, itouch anything of that nature. I recently downloaded a program **EDIT - NO NO**. Finished after a night of downloading. I wake up in the morning and run into a problem.
I got to the extract page on Winzip and there's a list of different files that look like they all need to be combined into one. At the end of the file name that i downloaded it said '.iso.' i was wondering if i need a program to run that iso format or something i'm missing. I'm just looking for help on how to actually run this program that I downloaded if I did something wrong, If you could help me out I'd appreciate it.
    Thanks

You either have to burn them onto a CD, or run them in a "virtual Cd-rom" enviroment. Google.

Edited post also, we talk about that "stuff" here, im sure you know what I mean.

Iso burning programs are free. Get one and target your folder to be burned to CD/DVD.

Or use Deamon Tools to mount the iso like cpjr said.
