Need help using SSH on WinSCP

My Iphone 1.1.2 Jailed breaked, unlocked by Ziphone.
Computer Win XP 32 SP 2
Autolock is off
Installed BSD subsystem and OpenSSH
Every time I try to use WinSCP to open up the folder (/var/Mobile/) I cannot open the Mobile file cuz it always fail to connect or connection timed out. I need to reach Media folder inside this path to create ROMs/NES.

Cannot get around this and after 3+ hrs of searching the net, I give up. Please help.

Plus why is WinSCP sooooo slow and crappy? Is it because it's freeware or am I doing something wrong?

Did you install bsd subsystem and openssh on the phone? Try var/root on 1.1.2 var/mobile is for 1.1.3.

Yup, I do have bsd sub and openssh. When I try to run my NES icon, it's directed to var/mobile. It was downloaded from Installer.app.
