Cant connect my iPhone to PuTTy

Hi,

I was reading youe guide (http://modmyi.com/wiki/index.php/Pre...n_iPhone_1.1.1)

And I installed putty successfuly, tried to connect it to my iPhone, entered the ip address then the login and password - all worked fine but then I get this message:
"
a mv: /var/root/.profile.tmp: No such file or directory
'MobileFinder will now upload the contents of ~/Library/MobileFinder/Sync to ~/iPhone on
/usr/bin/rsync -avz --progress ~/Library/MobileFinder/Sync/ @:~/iPhone
ssh: : No address associated with hostname
rsync: connection unexpectedly closed (0 bytes received so far) [sender]
rsync error: unexplained error (code 255) at io.c(453) [sender=2.6.9]
Upload completed.
Press enter to exit..."

Please need help with this.

Thanks

Solution

- Use installer on the iPhone and uninstall Mobile Finder.

- On a computer, start Diskaid (for Windows), Cyberduck (for MacOs), or Gftp (for Ubuntu), and connect with the iPhone.

- Select View/show hidden files.

- For safety, copy the folder MobileFinder from the iPhone to your computer (find it in: /var/root/Library)

- Delete the folder MobileFinder from the iPhone

- For safety, copy the file /var/root/.profile (hidden, only visible when "show hidden files" is activated) on the computer.

- Delete /var/root/.profile from the iPhone (it contains only one line which creates the error: ". /var/root/Library/MobileFinder/.MobileFinderProfile"
