how do you delete files on the iphone using WINscp?

this is the error:
Command 'rm -f -r "AppTappInstaller"'

Install the bin kit first and it will work

You need to install the binkit, or at least put the "rm" file in /bin and chmod +x it.

noob question.....how do i chmod +x it? is there a guide for this?

I can't unzip the natetrue binkit. I'm not sure why, I'm using the free evaluation version of winzip so maybe that's the problem. It won't even give me the option to use the regular Windows unzip feature, just winzip.

Anyone know what my problem is and how to overcome it? Or, could someone just give me the rm file that I need out of that iphone-binkit-0.06.tar.tar binkit zip?

I could be wrong but I didn't do any chmod thing, all I had to do to delete files was to select the file and hit the delete button on the bottom or F8.

or just use mobile finder.....it lets you delete anything and everything....whole folders or single files...

I use manzana to delete apps. Delete all the files in the folder first, then then app folder itself and it works like a charm.

as said before, use winscp (needs binkit) or use manzana.

bin kit can be installed with installer.app
