Symoblic Link fix via USB

I'm running 1.1.3 and installed Ispazio space-limit fix stupidly.

Anyhow, this moves your Applications folder to /var/root/Root_Applications

1.1.3 requires that apps be run as mobile. So the problem I have is that the symbolic link /Applications points to /var/root/Root_Applications when it SHOULD point to /var/media/Applications

I didnt install openSSH before, and a manual install via iphonebrowser didnt work.

So the question is is there anyway to change that symbolic link via USB? Is there another SSH version I can install? The problem is that iphonebrowser doesnt allow you to change permissions. So I copied MoblieFinder.app over, but cant chmod it to 755 or 777 so that it runs.

Any ideas anyone?

Use WinSCP, you can change permissons!
