Help! all songs wiped off and replaced with 6.3g of other content

i live in Australia and have had my iphone for about 2 weeks. i bought it in hk and it had a jailbrake 1.1.1 on it and it has been working well up untill now. i have been uploading and trying out lots of apps and when i plugged my iphone in tonight it has removed all my music and vids and replaced it with "other" content. i have tried ot unhide files so i can remove this "other" content but unlike the ipods it shows no hidden folders. i am using windows XP.

Can anyone help??

i have now erased all content and settings and i can load all the music back up. my problem now is that it is in chinese and i dont know where to change it back to english. can someone help me.
