I reboot the phone like this one tutorial says and nothing. It didn't do anything to my phone at all. I still have the default theme. I don't know what to do

Is this a true WindowsXP machine or through a VMWare or Parallels or something? Because the first error is USB error, looks like it cant find a USB port or cant see the iPhone on a USB device.

Yes this is a true windows xp machine.....and if it can't find the usb why would alerts pop up saying "hi speed usb plugged in" when i plug my iphone in? so i'm guessing it can find it.

Does it show up as a USB Device in Device manager? Just want to make sure before we start down other paths

Did you, by any chance, jailbreak your phone first???? Or did you just jump right into iphoneinterface???

i tried the jailbreak first,it just sits there and never asks me to hold down the buttons (on windows) on mac it did but since it's a g4 it won't work. and yes it shows up as a usb device.
