I reboot the phone like this one tutorial says and nothing. It didn't do anything to my phone at all. I still have the default theme. I don't know what to do

Is this a true WindowsXP machine or through a VMWare or Parallels or something? Because the first error is USB error, looks like it cant find a USB port or cant see the iPhone on a USB device.

Yes this is a true windows xp machine.....and if it can't find the usb why would alerts pop up saying "hi speed usb plugged in" when i plug my iphone in? so i'm guessing it can find it.

Does it show up as a USB Device in Device manager? Just want to make sure before we start down other paths

If you tried to jailbreak first, but never succeeded, then iphoneinterface will never work. YOU MUST JAILBREAK SUCCESSFULLY FIRST!!

Make sure after you upzip the restore file, that you take the contents out of the subfolders and put them in the cphonedmg folder. The process usually hangs when it can't find those files. Good luck!

I did I followed the instructions exactly....the only thing i put int he iPhoneBundles folder was the actual theme, everything else is above that folder in the main folder iphonedmg so i'm lost.
