Default Followed background guide, not workin.

    Hey guys,

I followed the guide, did all my work in PS etc etc. When I do the command line work i tried doing..

"putfile /Applications/DemoApp.app/icon.png" as well as "putfile icon.png" and "putfile Cphonedmg\icon.png"

The first one says "fileref:0" and the later two show "fileref:1" when doing the command. I have tried all 3 and I still dont have the new icons/bg when i reboot the phone.

    Any ideas?

With Windows you have to do:

    cd /Applications/DemoApp.app/icon.png

    putfile /Applications/DemoApp.app/icon.png

    Then you reset.

Ah I didn't see that you had done the cd command first, you didn't type that.

Paste your full cmd session in here, as well as the results from an ls command.

did you run iphoneinterface first, your steps should look like this, one line at a time (and make sure that you have the icon.png file in your phonedmg file on the root of your c drive, and yes capitalization does matter:

    cd/
    cd /phonedmg
    iphoneinterface
    putfile /Applications/DemoApp.app/icon.png

oh and btw, "fileref:1" is what you want to see, just reset your iphone

(and if you are adding an icon for demo app, did you edit the DisplayOrder.plist file to get the demo app icon to show?)
