how are you connected through wifi using winSCP, i have too connect via usb.

You need to have OpenSSH and BSD Subsystem installed on your iPhone/iTouch...then as Host Name on WinSCP, you put the Wi-Fi IP Address of your iPhone/iTouch.

edit: sorry my bad i never tried it with out in been in the docking staion lol.
