Can i manually install BSD Subsystem using WiNinstaller

I have a iphone on firmware 1.0.2, with NO WiFi. I am trying to revirginize my phone but I need to install BSD Subsystem to do it. I have tried to use iBrickr but it will not load onto the phone. I have downloaded BSD and have a folder on my desktop full of files, can I manually install these files onto my phone. If so how.

then use the ibrick to install the PXL into iphone, install PXL files into the Application
