Every time i dock my iPhone Windows opens an explorer to view the "internal storage"

It's the pictures folder.

I don't want it to do this because i docked my iPhone all the time so when i turn windows on there's like 20 Windows Explorer windows open. VERY annoying

How do i turn this off?
