iTunes locks up 1.1.1 phone with anySim

hi, im having this problem that after i have jailbroken and unlocked the phone using anySim 1.1.1p, when i go to sync with iTunes to get my contacts back or if i wanted to put any music or pictures on, right when it started to sync i would lose service bars and carrier's name. I'm using Rogers out here in Canada. Im running 1.1.1 on my phone currently and i just never synced my phone back with iTunes and it still works. I tried unlocking it with different sw and the problem is still itunes. Any help or suggestions would help. Please help!!

I think you might have a lockdown problem.
