Alright lets start off i have itunes 7.3... I heard the newer itunes allows you to create ringtones without having to buy the songs your converting. Is this true. Also my second question is will i be able to do that with my jailbroken 1.1.1 ?

And last is it worth doing the +'s and -'s please

Well not sure how you feel, but Ive just been using the patches MeCCA file, which just breaks the whole checking to see if your ringtone is legit, once you apply that file you just dump the ringtones like you normally did and play them all your want. No issues.

But it has to be jailbroken first. Thats the only minus I can think of.
