[help] OutlookSyncClient error

my original installation of itunes kept forgetting the iphone i use, there for i reinstalled it. i just installed over the existing itunes on my com. after that every time after i syn my iphone using itunes 7.5 to outlook 2007 it would give me the following error msg.

the error msg goes like this:
Cannot open this item. 'OutlookSyncClient' exited without properly closing your outlook data file 'Cdoucments settings\...\...\Microsoft\Outlook\outlook.ost'. Microsoft outlook must be retarted. if this message recurs, contact support for 'OutlookSyncClient' for assistance.

anyone has a similar problem? or a solution to the problem?

i found the solution, you will need to remove the backup data and sync history from your itunes restart your computer and everything should work fine after that..
