WinSCP doesn't work after SP3 upgrade

I've always used WinSCP to upload/download my files from my iPod touch. Three days ago I installed the Windows XP upgrade, Service Pack 3. Since then, my WinSCP is not working anymore!

I receive the message: "Network error: Connection refused"

Please, can someone help me? I've already tried Total Commander + T-PoT, but it don't give me access to the root.

Are you sure that the IP address of the iTouch didn't change? And you are typing the username and password in correctly? I have SP3 installed on my pc as well and it works fine for me with WinSCP using SFTP

I've found out what was happening. You won't believe how stupid it was. I just hadn't turned off my iPod after installed SP3... :-P

After restart my iPod, everything started work again. Thanks for the help, Tejh.
