is there a way to make the iphone check for email messages more often then 15 minutes?

yea just open the attached file with wordpad and edit the 15 to the minute interval youd like and replace the one on your phone with it in
/private/var/root/Library/Preferences/


havent tested it but if you have problems you can look through this post that coverd this subject already
