Help: Deleted Album Artwork Folder on PC

I accidently deleted my album artwork folder on my pc.

I have looked for software to transfer files back to the pc but i dont see one that says it will do the album artwork.

I can ssh to the phone but the album artwork is not in the same format on the phone as it is on the pc. I use Vista.

Uhh, open up your recycle bin, find the folder, right click and restore it

dude, open itunes,
click file,
add folder to library,
add my music folder,
wait for it to recompile album artwork files.
