How do I get back this folder?

c:/username/program files/apple

somehow the folder is gone and now itunes wont recognize my iphone and i have no mobile device support, i cant even restore or virginize

there is no such directory cusername\program files\

Uninstall and reinstall iTunes, it will recreate the necessary folders.
