    Default 1.1.2 ringtones

    I have 1.1.2 i recently just downgraded to 1.1.1 and then upgrade back to 1.1.2 and jailbroken but i dont know how to upload the ringtones. What is a good program to upload them???? Or should i just downgrade ???? and if so what is the best way to do so??
