Problems With IPhone Can I Use Wifi

I am having huge problems with my iphone - long story short, ibrickr installation went wrong and my iphone is extremely slow, and stalls. Iphone cant connect to my pc it wont recongise it at all. I have wifi on my iphone and apptap installed. is there a program i can download through wifi onto my phone that will restore it to its original factory installed condition?

try putting in in restore mode by holding the home and sleep button at the same time untill your phone turnes off then a yellow triangle will appear unless you have 1.1.2 it will be the itunes icon with the wire on the screen then see if itunes recognizes it
