Need Some Help. Unlocking iphone on mac, but used on a windows machine.
Well I finally hacked my iphone with my mac. A friend of mine has a windows machine and an iPhone. I was going to unlock it with my computer for him. Will this work? will this screw my itunes or iphone up? Also will he be able to snyc with his windows machine? Thanks for the help!
That should work fine, should he want to sync to a profile that he already has on his windows machine he will just need to delete the "/var/root/Media/iTunes Control" folder. Then the PC will ask if he would like to sync from a backup.
If he has never syned his phone then there shouldn't be a problem.
