Default Installing files, roms, and other delights (December)

Hey everyone... currently awaiting my iPhone from Santa which he's graciously hacked and cracked and all the rest of it

How do I go about getting roms and files onto my iPhone via my Windows Vista based PC?

Ibrickr is one method, Manzana, SSH... ftp clients... i've heard if you stand on one leg facing south, and making the sound of a discruntled goose, it works using the earths gravitational pull??...

So, as of December 2008, whats the best procedure for a Vista PC, with a UK iPhone hacked with 1.1.2 on it?

So many apps.. so little time!
