CONNECTION REFUSED!!!!!!!

i see a LOT of people having the same problem as me.i keep getting the connection refused error.i have windows vista and i also have an sbc/att wireless modem/router so i cant access it.i do everything correct, and i can get no further.i NEED HELP!!!!!

jailbreak....ip from phone....username root....password dottie....scp from dropdown...connection refused.i pinged my phone heres the stats...

edit: i FINALLY got it!

i restarted my pc then ran sshify fresh and ran win scp...........it worked!!!!!!!!
