Freezing / call waiting issue

I have been using the unlock phone for 5 months, with 1.0.2 version and unlock by jailbreaking, from time to time I see the screen is black and all icons gone, I have to reboot the phone to get them working again

I also noticed that the call waiting sometime stuck when I tried to switch to get other call and both line is dead

any one experience the same issue

I've got the same problem with 2.2 and also with 2.2.1 both unlocked and jailbroken. I don't get it.
