Winscp Help Login

I had it working all good. Now when i try to login WINscp i get this

Searching host....
Connecting to host....
Authenticating.....
Using username"root"
Authenticating with pre-entered password.
Access denied.

I dont know my session password i there neway to reset it or ne suggestions how ot work around it
