Help iPhone Not Starting Up!!! Please Help!!!

ive had this problem before, i installed over 80 application/games on the iphone so last time i just used WinSCP to get into my iphone and delete a few apps

now i cant remember how to do this, i can't get past the apple logo, but i was wondering how do i get it in such a mode that the wifi is on the can SSH into my iphone?

all the settings r right for WinSCP as i use it alot, i just need the wifi to be on somehow, and i also can turn off the iphone it i need to

EDIT: i just read that you can access the iphones files by usb, anyone know how to do this?

you can use iphonebrowser to access files via usb but i believe your phone has to be on

Try and put your iPhone in DFU mode.

You should be able to connect your iPhone to your computer via USB at that point and do what you got to do.
