International Settings 1.0.2

Hi all,

is it possible to enable international settings on hacked 1.0.2 ?

I have read in forums that the following file can be edited to enable international options in settings . . .

/System/Library/CoreServices/SpringBoard.app/M68AP.plist

I use iphonebrowser to access my iphone however this file is not listed in the path given

your help would be appreciated

(by the way the reason I want this is to correct the date/number format for the UK)
