batch copy

does somebody know the answer to this:
- is there a way to batch copy (.bat file on windows for instance) files from windows to the iphone back and forth?

I mean by using a command file, with the .bat extension. I saw in the batch file of the virginizer something doing alike with an "iphoninteface.exe" call. A file in wich I could do a "copy cmyrep\myfile /applications/mobilexxxx.app/thefile"

You could use iPhoneFS.

You could use WinSCP console interface and scripting to access OpenSSH or dropbear.

You can script with iphoneinterface or iPhuc.

Or I could write a c# program to provide a cp2iPhone comand line utility
