How do I explore the files?

I'm currently using an unlocked 1.0.2, but I need to know how I can explore the files. I just paid $5.99 for the T-Mobile data plan and need to be able to explore the iPhone to upload and retrieve some files.

What is the best way to do this?

there are two iBRICKr and iphonebrowser

the latter is very slow and bit hard to navigate ... click on a folder it goes weird then it shows you the sub folders ... but both apps have their merits

oh these files are in downloads (above) if not google it

iPhoneBrowser works a lot better now.
You could also try iPhoneList
