can't connect to youtube and itunes store

I jailbreaked my friends iPhone for him and now he cannot connect to youtube and itunes store. It's still locked to AT&T but jailbreked to install apps. I'm thinking he needs to sync his iPhone with iTunes. I know he hasn't re-synced his iPhone since I gave it back to him. Any ideas on what the issue could be?

fixed it, just sync it with itunes and fix the correct time
