hey guys i used jailbreakme.com and got several neat things with that but i dont like their themes to much does anyone know how to make one. im restoring my phone because my you tube isnt working so will have to reinstall apptapp along with the other applications i have previously added.

are there any recommend applications and also do you know how to rearrange the icons on the "home" page?
