pull photos off iphone

any apps that let me pull off pics from my phone and not just the ones that are in the camera folder. the pic backup didnt go so well so i have all my photos on my iphone and not my external hard drive

Unfortunately, the synced pics are in a peculiar format. I think there may be some commercial programs that can get those photos.

PCSuite works great for me.

I tried pc suite and all it wanted to pull off was my camera roll and not my other folders.
I was looking at tansee software but I don't wanna spend 20 bucks on something I'm gonna use once and then uninstall.
