Locale settings (1.1.1)

So I set my international setting to <true/> and I just set everything to Belgian/Dutch. However, the keyboard remains QWERTY instead of AZERTY BE/NL

Are there any additional hacks so I am able to change it?

You should know that keyboard for NL is QWERTY, I don't think they will implement a AZERTY especially for Belgium.

Oh yeah, f*ck. How can I manually edit the KB then?
