Using iFone as modem?

I thought I remember seeing a way to use the phone as a wireless modem in windows way back in 1.0.2's glorious day. I think there was a tethering kit or something like that.

Basically I want to know if there is currently a way to use my 1.1.1 iphone as a way to access the internet on my laptop. This would ALMOST justify the $100 a month I am spending on a phone with incredibly low call volume...
