HELP, iphone is fubar'd... i think

so i updated the installer to the newest one and then tried to install the package that restores your theme back to the stock one.... i got an error and the phone froze. did the power button+home button trick and turned it off. but now everytime i turn it on... it freezes (the circle loading symbol shows up and freezes) and then it acts as if a new theme as been installed and then freezes .......... and repeat. i cant do anything. there's a slight window where i can use the phone for 5 seconds and then it freezes and does it all over again.

i cant winscp it because it doesnt connect to wifi.... it's not recognized by my computer....... wtf do i do

Go into restore mode:

Hold the power and home buttons, it will restart a few times but don't let go. Keep it plugged into your computer, and it will go into restore mode where you can restore it in itunes.
