Huston, We have an iPHUCing problem.
Hello all. I'm a new to the ipone hacking scene. I have experience in windows mobile modding. I find the iphone modding a fun change of pace. I have successfully unlocked and jailbroken the 1.0.2 firmware on my phone, then upgraded to 1.1.1, and when i went to jailbreak it, i ALWAYS get an iPHUC error "the procedure entry point cfcopydescription could not be located" and something about qtlib or something. I have made sure i have all of the dlls. I have searched and seen a few others with this issue, but no solution. I am running a PC, Win XP.
Another question
Why would a NEW ATT simcard i went and got fron the att store NOT work, when my old Cingular SIM does?
Thaks guys! This site is an amazing resource.

I have the same problem too -
everything works except iPHUC - Itunes, manzanaUI, Ibrikr, etc etc...
whenever i try to run it (mainly the 1.1.2 jailbreak) i get an error that says "The procedure entry point CFCopyDescription could not be located in the dynamic link library QTMLClient"
what would cause this error?
somebody please help I want a jailbroken 1.1.2!!

All i had to do was completely reinstall windows!
Hopefully I don't have to do this for every update apple puts out
